Provably Fair

At Tyche Jackpot, transparency is our core value. We use cryptographic methods to ensure that every draw is 100% fair and verifiable.
1. What is Provably Fair?
"Provably Fair" is an algorithm that allows users to verify that the outcome of a draw was predetermined and not manipulated in real-time. This ensures that neither the platform nor the player can influence the results once the draw begins.
2. How it Works
Our fairness system relies on three main components:
- Server Seed: A random string generated by our server. The hash of this seed is shown to users before the draw starts.
- Client Seed: A random string that can be provided by the user or their browser. This ensures the server doesn't know the full outcome in advance.
- Nonce: A number that increments with every draw made using the same seed pair.
3. The Verification Process
After a draw is complete, we reveal the original Server Seed. You can then take the revealed Server Seed, the Client Seed, and the Nonce to calculate the result yourself using standard hashing algorithms (like SHA-256).
4. Random Number Generation (RNG)
Our RNG process follows industry standards for cryptographic security. By combining the seeds and hashing them, we generate a hexadecimal string which is then converted into the final winning number. This process is deterministic, meaning anyone with the seeds can reproduce the same result.
5. Why We Do This
Traditional systems require you to "trust" the house. At Tyche Jackpot, we believe you shouldn't have to trust us—you should be able to verify us. Our Provably Fair system eliminates any possibility of internal manipulation.
Verify Your Draw
Each draw in your history includes a "Verify" button that provides the technical details needed for independent verification.
